2. Install the shower tray: Assemble the tray components, level the tray, and ensure there is no standing water inside or underneath it. Connect the tray outlet to the floor drain securely using the extendable hose.
3. Test and protect: Perform a water test after installation to ensure unobstructed drainage. Mark positions and drill holes: Use a pencil and spirit level to mark drilling locations for the wall-mounted aluminum profiles, then drill holes using an impact drill.
4. Install aluminum profiles: Insert wall plugs into the drilled holes and screw the aluminum profiles securely to the wall.
5. Secure the glass: Clamp the glass panel in place at the designated mounting points on the tray and secure it with screws.
6. Install the support bar: Mark and drill holes above the fixed glass panel; install the mounting bracket (straight or angled type) and connect the support bar. Secure the bar to the top of the glass using the connector sleeve.
7. Install the storage shelf: Accurately measure and install the shelf; tighten the shelf nuts to secure the glass shelf, ensuring it is level and plumb. Apply waterproofing sealant beneath the aluminum profile that secures the glass.
8. Install the movable door: Attach the door hardware and mount the hinges to the pre-drilled holes on the fixed panel. Adjust the hinge pivot position until the door opens and closes smoothly.
9. Waterproofing: Install magnetic seals or water-retaining strips along the sides or bottom of the glass as required. Seal the joints between the aluminum profiles and the wall, as well as between the glass and the tray, using silicone sealant.
10. Adjust and tighten: Check that all parts operate smoothly and comfortably; make adjustments if any issues arise. Once adjusted, tighten all screws to ensure the shower enclosure is sturdy and secure.
11. Finishing touches: Snap the decorative aluminum strips into the wall-mounted profiles for a neat, polished appearance. Finally, wipe the entire shower enclosure clean with a cloth.
